Lydia’s Applesauce Cake
Ingredients 1 ½ cup brown sugar – packed 1 ½ cup applesauce ½ cup oil 2 cups unsifted flour 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 cup raisins ½ t salt Cooking Instructions Mix all ingredients together pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan Bake at 400 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes Top with frosting of choice if desired.
