Aunt Amy’s Bologna Candy
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
¾ cup milk – boil together until it forms a soft ball in cold water

Add 1 cup dates stoned (pitted) & cut up.
then cook until it leaves side & bottom of pan when stirred.

Remove from fire & add nuts & coconut - 1 cup of each chopped.

Cooking Instructions

Wring cloth out in cold water. Place on baking board.

Spread candy in line and fold into shape of bologna.
