Karen’s Vegetable Steak Soup
Ingredients

Vegetable steaks sliced length-way into 1/8 inch thick pieces, sauteed in olive oil and their own juice and simmered in 1can mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water

1 ½ cup butternut squash – precooked
1 ½ cup fresh – pre steamed green beans
1 can potato soup
1 ½ soup can water

Cooking Instructions

bring to a boil and simmer until thick
